About the equipment

AFSL-420P automatic plastic cup forming, water filling and sealing machine

The AFSL-420P automatic plastic cup forming, water filling and sealing machine is modern, high-tech equipment developed by our company's professional engineering team. It is equipped with a PLC control system, a touch control panel and a servo-driven film feeding system, ensuring a high level of automation, convenient operation and stable performance. This machine is widely used for packaging drinking water in PET cups, as well as yogurt and other free-flowing liquid or semi-liquid products in PS cups. The machine fully automatically performs the following processes:
  • feeding PS/PET/PVC sheet material from the roll;
  • heating the material;
  • forming the cup;
  • filling the product;
  • sealing with film;
  • printing the production date (optional);
  • cutting the product;
  • discharging the finished product via conveyor;
  • connecting to an automatic carton packing system (optional).
The entire production process is designed in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements, ensuring the safety, hygiene and high quality of the packaged product.

Maintenance Recommendations
  1. The first maintenance should be performed after 500 hours of operation. The following are replaced:

Is it possible to track my orders online?
