Model 6WR-630 color sorter is designed for fast and accurate color separation of grain products (rice, wheat, mung beans, pistachios, sunflower seeds) and other particulate products.
The equipment automatically detects and sorts materials through 14 high-resolution RGB CCD cameras and 630 nozzles. Purity is achieved up to 99.9% for particles of 5–14 mm, and more than 95% for those of 2–5 mm.
The equipment is adapted to modern processing plants and agrotechnical lines with remote control, digital monitoring, low air consumption, and energy-saving design.
