About the equipment
The Rover AF-AU2030-E is a CNC router with a vacuum table for cutting and milling furniture parts. Machining accuracy is ±0.05 mm.
The machine is fitted with an air-cooled WHD or HQD spindle. The X and Y axes are driven through a gear drive (Taiwan), and the Z axis through a TBI ball screw (Taiwan). The drive motors are stepper motors.
The vacuum table holds the sheet over its full area, so the part does not shift during cutting; the vacuum pump is rated at 5.5 kW. Control is by an LNC system (Taiwan) with a 7.5 kW Taiwan DELTA inverter. The machine is designed for furniture workshops making cabinet furniture, door fronts and decorative parts from MDF, particleboard, plywood and solid wood.
