About the equipment
AF-MB104H is a thickness planer that brings wooden workpieces to a set thickness. It planes parts up to 440 mm wide and 210 mm thick.
Feed speed can be set to one of three values: 8, 10 or 12 m/min. The spindle runs at 5000 rpm, and motor power is 4 kW. The minimum workpiece length is 220 mm.
The machine measures 800×830×1050 mm and weighs 450 kg, so it should be installed on a level, solid floor. The three feed speeds let you choose a mode to suit the wood species and the surface finish required. It is used to bring wide boards, panels and bars to one thickness and to prepare blanks for furniture, doors and joinery.
