Hanging roller ore crushing equipment

The TRT130 model is a high-efficiency hanging roller (Raymond type) crushing equipment designed for crushing medium-hard mineral raw materials to a fine fraction. This model is equipped with a 5-roller crushing system, which provides high performance in terms of production volume and stable performance. The device is widely used in the building materials, mining, metallurgy and chemical industries. The compact design, energy-efficient engines and efficient dust separation system ensure long-term and reliable operation of the equipment.

The TRT130 model offers high efficiency with a production capacity of 6–11 tons per hour and adjustable finished product fineness ranging from 0.037 to 1.6 mm. It features a durable grinding ring and roller structure, equipped with an energy-efficient 90 kW main motor and a 7.5 kW classifier motor. The machine can process raw materials up to 30 mm in size, simplifying the production workflow. The system can be integrated with a bucket elevator, jaw crusher, and vibrating feeder.
