Marker production line


The automatic marker pen production line is a high-efficiency and fully automated solution that includes molding, assembly, decoration (hot stamping), and testing processes. The line is suitable for manufacturers ranging from small workshops to large factories.

Marker Production Process

  1. Raw Material Preparation

  • Plastic granules (ABS or PP): for the marker body, cap, and cover parts.

  • Writing ink: alcohol-based or water-based inks.

  • Filter material: made of polyester, holds the ink.

  • Writing tip (nib): usually acrylic or fiber material.

  1. Body Manufacturing (Injection Molding)

  • Plastic granules are heated and injected into molds.

  • Marker body, cap, back cover, and other parts are produced.

  • Each part is separated with cooling and ejection systems.

  1. Filter & Nib Preparation

  • Filters (ink reservoirs) are cut and shaped from textile material.

  • Writing tips are cut and shaped into cones.

  1. Ink Filling

  • Filters are filled with ink by automatic machines.

  • Filled filters are dried or directly sent to assembly.

  1. Marker Assembly

  • On the automatic assembly line, body, ink-filled filter, nib, back cover, and cap are combined.

  • Defective markers are automatically removed with sensor control.

  1. Brand Printing (Hot stamping / Silk printing)

  • Logos or designs are printed on the marker body.

  1. Quality Control

  • Visual inspection, ink flow test, and cap tightness test.

  1. Packaging

  • Markers are packed in boxes, palletized, and prepared for shipment.
