About the equipment

This production line is designed to manufacture extruded puff snacks from corn and other grain-based raw materials. The line performs a sequential series of processes: raw material mixing, conveying, extrusion, drying, flavoring, cooling, and automatic packaging. The line has a total production capacity of 100–150 kg/h and enables the production of extruded snacks in various shapes and sizes. The technological process begins with raw material preparation and concludes with the packaging of the finished product.

Working Principle

The raw material is first mixed in a mixer with water and the required additives. The prepared mass is transferred through a screw conveyor to the extrusion equipment. The extruder forms the product into the required shape. The product is then transported by an air conveyor to the drying system. After drying, seasoning or other additives are applied in the flavoring equipment, followed by cooling and final automatic packaging.

Is it possible to track my orders online?
You can track orders online. Uzbekistan was one of the first to develop a mechanism for monitoring cargo, determining their location, and estimating the time of arrival using the GPS system. You can get this information only by entering the contract number.
How long will the shipments be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the manufacturer in most cases. Most large-scale production equipment takes 2-3 times longer to deliver than normal equipment. In the case of ready-made equipment, the delivery period starts from 30 days. Excluding the time required for customs clearance of equipment in the territory of Uzbekistan, certification processes.
What are the shipping methods available?
