About the equipment

The AFXR-140 metal crushing machine is designed for efficient processing of automobiles, household appliances, and other light metal scrap. The equipment produces high-density and almost impurity-free final products, which reduces energy consumption during remelting in metallurgical plants and improves product quality. With a PLC control system, the entire process is fully automated and supported by real-time monitoring to ensure production efficiency. The machine is distinguished by low energy consumption, high production capacity, low maintenance costs, and long service life.

  • Feeding raw material – Scrap metal is delivered to the crusher inlet by conveyor.

  • Crushing – The main rotor and high-strength hammers break the metal into smaller pieces.

  • Paint and dirt removal – During the mechanical process, paint and surface impurities are separated from the metal.

  • Magnetic separation – A magnetic conveyor completely separates iron parts from other materials.

  • Waste separation – The final metal pieces are separated from non-metal waste using a special conveyor.

  • Dust removal – A dust collector and pulse dust filter prevent dust from entering the atmosphere.

  • Finished product output – Clean and crushed metal pieces are discharged via conveyor as the final product.

Is it possible to track my orders online?
You can track orders online. Uzbekistan was one of the first to develop a mechanism for monitoring cargo, determining their location, and estimating the time of arrival using the GPS system. You can get this information only by entering the contract number.
How long will the shipments be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the manufacturer in most cases. Most large-scale production equipment takes 2-3 times longer to deliver than normal equipment. In the case of ready-made equipment, the delivery period starts from 30 days. Excluding the time required for customs clearance of equipment in the territory of Uzbekistan, certification processes.
What are the shipping methods available?
