About the equipment
The AF-011 counts marmalade pieces and packs them into vertical bags. It makes 20–40 bags per minute with up to 150 pieces in each bag.
The bag type can be chosen: center seal, three-side seal or four-side seal. Bag length is 40–200 mm, bag width 30–130 mm and film width up to 280 mm. Within these limits one machine can produce anything from small portion packs to larger bags.
It runs on 220 V with a power of 2.2 kW, weighs 320 kg and measures 108×85×172 cm. The equipment is designed for producers of marmalade, jelly sweets and other piece confectionery, giving the same count in every bag instead of manual counting and packing.
