About the equipment
AF-LA16*11 is a laser machine with a 1600×1100 mm working area for processing roll fabric. It is fitted with a 100, 150 or 200 W RECI laser tube.
The machine cuts parts from roll fabric according to patterns and engraves designs on the fabric surface. Cutting speed is up to 40,000 mm/min and engraving speed up to 60,000 mm/min. Stepper motors drive the motion, control is through RDWorks (Ruida) software, and cutting files are loaded via USB2, USB3 or Wi-Fi.
Power supply is 220 V, 50 Hz, with a consumption of 1.9 kW. The frame is painted ferrous metal; the machine measures 1160×1660×2330 mm and weighs 400 kg. The table can be lowered and removed. The set includes a cooling chiller, an air cooling motor, an exhaust duct, lenses, a USB key, software and cables. It suits cutting rooms in garment and textile workshops and upholstery production.
