HIWIN linear regulator (Lineynaya napravlyayushchaya)

The linear actuator provides linear motion by recirculating the circular elements between the profiled rail and the bearing blocks. The coefficient of friction in the linear direction is only 1/50 compared to the conventional slide, and they are able to take loads in all directions. With these features, the linear regulator can achieve high accuracy and greatly improved motion accuracy. All parts are controlled by MOTOREDUCER’s strict quality control system. Planetary gears and sun gears are helical gears, polished and baked (kollennoe) to 58-62HRC, technically corrected to achieve a fine effect. Planetary gears are supported at both ends by full-length needle bearings, which increase torsional rigidity. The protection level of our planetary reducer is IP65 international standard (fully dustproof).
