About the equipment
The AGM-3A is a machine for making gelato, ice cream, yogurt and sorbet with an output of 40 liters per hour. It has three 5-liter containers, and the finished product is displayed to customers right in the machine.
The machine combines production and display functions: ice cream is made in front of customers and showcased right there. A single batch ranges from 1 to 2.5 liters, and three separate containers allow different flavors to be prepared at the same time. Cooling is by air, so the machine can operate even in hot rooms.
Power is 6.6 kW; the machine connects to a single-phase 220 V, 50–60 Hz supply. Dimensions 910×600×950 mm, weight 230 kg. The machine is well suited to cafes, restaurants and hotels: product is made in small batches, whenever needed.
