About the equipment
The AF-15 groups PET containers into packs of up to 4×6 rows and wraps them in PE film. It makes up to 15 packs per minute.
Containers are arranged in the required pattern and the pack is wrapped in PE film. The machine handles products up to 380 mm high, with a lifting capacity of 25 kg. Speed is adjustable from 0 to 15 pcs/min, so it can be matched to the output of the filling line.
It runs on 220 V with a power of 2.5 kW and needs compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa. Dimensions are 280×90×145 cm. The equipment is designed for producers of water, drinks, juices and vegetable oil, wrapping finished goods into multipacks that are convenient for transport and retail.
