About the equipment
This tea packing machine packs tea into bags with an attached string and tag. Each bag holds 1–15 g of product, at 5–30 bags per minute.
The machine doses the tea, fills it into the bag and attaches the string and tag, producing a finished tea bag. Bag size is 45–75 mm wide and 50–75 mm long. The tag is 25 mm wide and 18–22 mm long, and the string is up to 155 mm long.
The machine is made of stainless steel, runs on 220 V and consumes 2.4 kW. It measures 116×96×213 cm and weighs 450 kg, so it needs a solid floor. It is intended for packing companies and tea brands that sell tea in bags. It is made in China.
