About the equipment
This automatic labelling machine applies self-adhesive labels to small round containers 40–90 mm in diameter. It labels 10–40 containers per minute with ±1 mm accuracy.
Operation is automatic and controlled from a PLC panel. The machine takes labels 40–150 mm wide and 20–120 mm long, and containers with a diameter of 40 to 90 mm. The actual speed, between 10 and 40 pieces per minute, depends on the label and container size, while label placement accuracy is ±1 mm.
It runs on 220 V, 50/60 Hz and consumes 700 W. The machine measures 1400×1120×900 mm and weighs about 90 kg, so it fits into a small production room. It suits producers who pack food, cosmetics or household products in small bottles and jars and want to replace manual labelling with consistent, evenly placed labels.
