About the equipment
This automatic capping machine screws threaded caps onto jars and bottles. It caps 80–100 containers per minute.
Caps are screwed on automatically as the containers pass through the machine. Cap diameter can be 35–160 mm, container diameter 80–130 mm and height 100–250 mm; these sizes are adapted to your containers to order. It needs compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa.
The main unit measures 1200×900×1670 mm and weighs 200 kg. It is made in China. The machine is designed for producers of jam, sauces, honey, canned food and other jarred products: compared with capping by hand, caps go on much faster and more consistently, which makes large batches easier to handle.
