Machine parts
- The four-wheel capping head is suitable for various bottles, such as spray bottles, pump bottles, dropper bottles, trigger sprayer bottles and others.
- The twin-motor cap screwing system is mainly used to screw caps on. The rotation speed is adjustable, and the tightening force is controlled by a cylinder.
- Sensors: 2 sensors are installed on the machine. They automate operation: when each container reaches the nozzle, the sensor extends the stopper parts, giving the container time to be capped.
