About the equipment
Vertical packing machine with an auger (spiral) doser that packs powders into 5–200 g pouches. It runs at 30–50 pouches per minute with a center, three-side or four-side seal.
The auger doser measures out the powder, while the machine forms a pouch from roll film, fills it and seals it. Pouch width is 30–130 mm, length 40–200 mm, and film width up to 280 mm. The fill weight is adjustable from 5 to 200 g.
It runs on 220 V with a power of 2.7 kW, weighs 320 kg and measures 108×85×172 cm. The seal type (center, three-side or four-side) is chosen to suit the product and sales format. The machine suits producers of spices, milk powder, cocoa and other powdered products packed in small portions.
