Introduction
The microcomputer-controlled filling machine is suitable for oil and high-viscosity liquids. It features a vertical structure that enables precise filling through constant liquid level and time-based control. The machine is operated via a PLC system and a human-machine interface, making it easy to use. Additionally, it is equipped with an electronic scale feedback system, which allows for convenient volume adjustment.

- The entire machine is made of a 304 stainless steel frame, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The stainless steel body and reinforced glass door prevent contaminated air from spreading into the environment during the filling process. Additionally, a φ100 mm diameter exhaust outlet is positioned above the filling nozzles, connected to the discharge system for efficient removal of excess gas.
Note: The pipeline connection parts are of a quick-installation type, making cleaning and maintenance easy.
9.The filling machine is equipped with a special sensor that automatically stops operation if bottles get jammed or tipped over. Once normal operation resumes, the machine continues bottle transfer.
10.Compared to the standard angle seat valve used by other suppliers, we use a KOREA valve, ensuring higher filling accuracy, durability, and reliability.

Automatic Servo Capping Machine
Introduction:

A cap sensor is installed in the cap hopper. If the caps are insufficient, the lift automatically activates to ensure a continuous supply of caps.
A handwheel is used to adjust the machine’s height and compression level.
A mirror is installed to inspect the positioning of the caps.

Double-Sided Labeling Machine
