AF-9ZT-06 straw cutter chops straw and hay into 3 or 5 mm pieces. Its output is 400–800 kg per hour.
The machine is designed for straw and hay stalks 10 mm in diameter. It is driven by a petrol or diesel engine with a required power of 2.2 kW, and the spindle turns at 700–900 rpm. Since it does not need mains power, it can work in the field or in a farmyard.
Without the engine it weighs 50 kg and measures 1150×480×780 mm, so it takes up little space. It is made in China. Finely cut straw and hay are convenient for preparing livestock feed, which makes the cutter a practical choice for small and medium farms.
