Compound Fertilizer Production Line
The AFEX 5 t/h complex fertilizer production line is designed to produce 3 mm granular finished products from phosphogypsum-based raw materials. The line is equipped with continuous feeding, press granulation and automatic packaging systems, ensuring high-precision packaging in 50 kg bags.
The technological process is designed based on stable operation, energy efficiency and ease of maintenance. The line is conveniently located in the production area and is centrally controlled by a fully electric control cabinet.

Granules can also be produced using a disc granulator. However, this type of equipment usually produces particles of different sizes, and since it is a wet granulation process, drying and cooling stages are required.
With a double roller granulator, granulation is done using molds, which allows the production of uniform particle sizes without the need for screening. (If required, a screening machine can be added to separate fine powder and improve final granule quality.) In addition, this is a dry granulation process, meaning no water is required and drying or cooling is unnecessary. Therefore, the overall cost is lower, and the system works very well with compound fertilizer raw materials.
