About the equipment
This induction foil sealer closes the mouths of small containers with an aluminium foil seal. It handles caps of 20–80 mm, up to 30 containers per minute.
An induction liner of aluminium and PE film is placed inside the cap and the cap is screwed on. When the container is brought to the machine, the induction field heats the foil, the PE layer melts and bonds to the container mouth, so sealing is done without removing the cap. The seal protects the product from leaks and shows whether the container has been opened.
Cap diameter ranges from 20 to 80 mm, and output is 0–30 containers per minute. The machine runs on 220 V, consumes 1 kW and measures 40×45×20 cm, so it works on a tabletop. It is made in China. It suits small producers packing food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and household chemical products in bottles, jars and vials. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
