About the equipment
Shaped packaging machine that fills liquid products into shaped pouches of up to 100 g. Output is 20–50 pouches per minute.
Instead of a plain rectangular pouch, the machine produces shaped pouches that help the product stand out on the shelf. Pouch width is 30–100 mm, length 40–190 mm and film width up to 220 mm, with up to 100 g of product per pouch.
It runs on 220 V with a power of 2.5 kW, weighs 320 kg, measures 108×85×200 cm and is made in China. Small shaped pouches are handy for shampoo, sauces, juices and samples. The machine suits cosmetics, household chemicals and food producers.
