Ballpoint pens are one of the most widely used tools in everyday life today. This fully automated production line ensures the assembly of pens with high precision, quality, and speed. The line is designed based on modern technologies, allowing the production of large quantities of products with minimal labor resources. The equipment set includes an ink refill assembly machine, a main body assembly unit, a compressed air system, an electric control panel, and product sorting and packaging modules.

Injection Molding Machine (RT160)

  1. Raw material preparation (plastic granules)
    Production begins with polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), or other suitable plastic granules. The granules are pre-dried and mixed.

  2. Extrusion – molding pen parts
    The dried granules are melted through an extruder and, using molds, the following plastic parts of the pen are produced:

  • Body (barrel)

  • Cap

  • Finger grip

  • Inner mechanism shell

The molding process is carried out on injection molding machines, with temperature and pressure automatically controlled.
