Injection Molding Machine (RT160)

1. Raw material preparation (plastic granules)
   Production begins with polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), or other suitable plastic granules. The granules are pre-dried and mixed.

2. Extrusion – molding pen parts
   The dried granules are melted through an extruder and, using molds, the following plastic parts of the pen are produced:

• Body (barrel)

• Cap

• Finger grip

• Inner mechanism shell

The molding process is carried out on injection molding machines, with temperature and pressure automatically controlled.

Ink Tube Assembly Machine

1. Ink core production
   The ink core (internal writing parts) is assembled in a separate machine. At this stage:

• Metal rod

• Ink tube

• Ink

• Tip (writing point)

are automatically assembled and prepared.

This equipment is designed for automatic assembly of the ink core of standard ballpoint pens. It operates at high speed, ensures stable production capacity, and reduces dependence on human factors. Pen Assembly Machine (DR-400)

1. Final Assembly
   With the help of the assembly machine, the body, core, and other parts are combined.
   All components are accurately positioned and firmly connected.
   At this stage, the pen becomes fully assembled.

This equipment is designed for fully automatic assembly of plastic pens. It precisely places all components of the pen, ensuring the production of high-quality and uniform products. Hot Stamping (Hot Stamp Stage)
Logos, inscriptions, or graphic decorations are stamped onto the finished pen bodies (if required). At this stage, special hot stamping equipment is used.

FINISHED PRODUCTS
