About the equipment
A metal embossing machine is used in various industries to create raised or recessed patterns, ornaments or lettering on a metal surface. Embossing is carried out by deforming a metal sheet or plate under pressure, producing a three-dimensional (3D) relief on its surface. Such patterned metal can be used for decoration, branding, labeling or functional purposes.
The metal sheet is first placed on the feeding table, then fed into the embossing machine, where an anti-slip pattern is pressed onto it. After embossing, the sheet passes through a leveler to ensure flatness and finally reaches the runout table, where it is collected or sent for further processing.
