About the equipment
AF-31 is a vertical machine that packs ketchup and other liquid products into 1–25 g portion sachets. It runs 7 lanes and seals each sachet on four sides.
The machine forms sachets from roll film in 7 lanes at once, doses the product and seals each sachet on four sides; a centre-seal option is also available. Sachet length is 45–120 mm and width 35–80 mm, with a straight or zigzag cut. The date is printed by a ribbon or hot-stamp date coder.
Film width is up to 560 mm and thickness 0.05–0.10 mm; PET/PE, OPP/PE and NY/PE films are suitable. The machine runs on 380 V or 220 V, consumes 5 kW, requires compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa and measures 168×130×200 cm. It is new and unused. It suits producers packing ketchup and sauces in portion sachets for cafés, fast-food outlets and delivery services.
