About the equipment
This 4-mold machine seals plastic containers with film on top at up to 800 per hour. The maximum container size is 260×180 mm, and film width is up to 380 mm.
Containers are placed in the 4 molds, and film from the roll is drawn over them and bonded to the rim. Four molds seal more containers per cycle, giving higher output than the two-mold model, at 800 pieces per hour. The film roll can be up to 220 mm in diameter.
It runs on 220 V and consumes 2.5 kW. It measures 1020×950×750 mm and weighs 110 kg. The machine suits workshops and producers with larger daily volumes packing ready meals, salads, dairy and confectionery in plastic containers.
