About the equipment
AF-M117 is a fully automatic tire changer for removing and fitting truck tires. It handles tires up to 1600 mm in diameter and 800 mm wide.
Rims are clamped from the outside in the 14–26 inch range and from the inside in the 16–28 inch range. The machine has 4 cylinders, a pneumatic switch and a pressure gauge, with a working pressure of 8–10 bar. The motor is rated at 2.2 kW, and the supply voltage is 220/380 V.
The machine weighs 590 kg, measures 2260×1795×1020 mm and has a noise level of 70 dB. It is made in Dalian, China. Removing large, heavy truck wheels by hand takes a lot of effort and time; this tire changer makes the job easier in truck tire shops, fleets and transport companies.
