The line covers the complete technological process: tube preparation, fabric coating with hot glue, continuous winding, wire frame bending, and final cutting, all perfectly synchronized into one integrated system.
High productivity: the line performs several processes in parallel — winding speed of 8–16 m/min, cutting capacity of 450–600 pcs/hour, and wire bending speed of 10–20 pcs/min.
