About the equipment
Automatic capping equipment with a conveyor caps PET containers at up to 70 per minute. It handles 20–50 mm caps and containers 20–120 mm in diameter.
Containers travel along the conveyor to the capping unit, where the cap is applied automatically and the container moves on to the next stage. Speed is adjustable from 0 to 70 pcs/min, so it can be matched to the output of the filling machine. Container height must be 60–210 mm.
The equipment runs on 220 V with a power of 2.5 kW and measures 218×110×178 cm. It is installed after the filler in workshops that bottle water, drinks, vegetable oil, household chemicals or cosmetics in PET containers, replacing manual capping.
