This high-efficiency 12-row raw material supply and forming equipment uses the popular N CROSS method to form, humidify, and transfer napkins to the packaging machine at the required size. Packaging Section
The product is packaged using the Brick Type Gusset method to ensure the design of the packaging is attractive. The advantage of this packaging type is that the sides of the product are also rectangular in shape. The difference is explained in the image below.
The robotic plastic cap adhesive and label application machine (automatic) is fully automated and equipped with HIKVISION brand sensors and cameras, ensuring high precision operation. It is also fitted with a Panasonic Robot Arm. The machine applies labels to plastic caps and then attaches the caps to packaged wet wipes. The machine has the capacity to affix caps to 50-60 packages per minute.
