Quick-lighting charcoal briquette production line

This coal briquette production line is designed to process coal dust into uniform, dense briquettes. The line encompasses raw material conveying, mixing, temporary storage, and hydraulic pressing processes. The line's main press is the AFT100 hydraulic briquetting machine, which has a production capacity of 250–350 kg/h. The finished product can be manufactured in square or other shapes, depending on client requirements. The line is designed for the production of fuel briquettes based on coal dust.

Project Objective

The proposed project is intended to establish production of fast-burning charcoal briquettes for kebab and grill applications, providing a uniform shape and stable heat output. The project is suitable for small and medium-sized production enterprises and enables the production of finished products from charcoal powder and recycled charcoal raw materials.

Raw Materials and Composition

Fast Burning additive: according to the available technical information, it is used at 5%. If this 5% is specified relative to the total mass of the finished mixture, it corresponds to 50 kg per 1 ton of product.

The general technological process recommended by us is: Charcoal raw material → Crushing → Screening → Mixing → Dosed addition of binder and additives → Briquetting → Forming → Drying → Cooling → Quality control → Packaging
