About the equipment
AF-5TY-860 is a two-section corn machine that removes the stalk and shells the kernels from the cob. Output is 500 kg per hour, and each section can be used separately.
The upper section removes the corn stalk, and the lower section does the shelling, separating the kernels from the cob. The two functions can be used together or separately, so one machine covers two stages of work. Spindle speed is 700–900 rpm, and motor power is 1.5–2.2 kW.
The machine can be driven by an electric, petrol or diesel engine, so it is also suitable for fields without a power supply. It measures 1000×400×740 mm and weighs 54 kg. It is designed for farms processing their corn harvest and for grain procurement businesses.
