Grape Seed Oil Extraction Machine

The AFG200 industrial oil press is designed to produce high-quality vegetable oil by processing oilseeds and grain crops. The machine is based on modern screw pressing technology: it presses the raw material efficiently and ensures a continuous oil extraction process. It can process sunflower seeds, cottonseed, soybeans, rapeseed, sesame and other oil crops. This model has a press screw with a diameter of 200 mm and operates at a working speed of 35 rpm. The main motor power is 37 kW, the vacuum pump power is 2.2 kW and the heating system power is 3 kW. The machine runs on a 380 V power supply.

The AFG200 model can process 500–600 kg of raw material per hour, making it suitable for large manufacturing enterprises. The total weight of the machine is 2000 kg, and its dimensions are 4000 × 2050 × 3000 mm.
