AF-CNC glass cutting equipment cuts sheets up to 2400×1830 mm with an accuracy of ±0.15 mm/m. Cutting speed reaches 150 m/min, and glass thickness is 2–19 mm.
The machine processes glass sheets up to 2400×1830 mm and weighing up to 300 kg. Cutting error stays within ±0.15 mm per metre, so blanks for windows and insulated glass units come out at accurate sizes. It requires compressed air at 0.6 MPa.
The equipment measures 11000×3000×900 mm, so the workshop length must be planned in advance. It is intended for glass processing plants, window and insulated glass unit producers, and workshops with large cutting volumes.
