About the equipment
ACK6150-1000 is a CNC lathe with a 1000 mm distance between centers. It is designed for precision machining of rotating parts such as shafts, bushings and flanges.
Swing over bed is 500 mm, swing over cross slide is 280 mm. Spindle bore 82 mm (optional 105 mm), taper MT6, spindle speed selectable in three ranges within 45–1600 rpm. Main motor power is 7.5 kW, coolant pump 0.9 kW.
The machine is equipped with a FANUC or GSK control system, a 4-position electric turret (for 25×25 mm tools), a 3-jaw chuck, an MT5 taper tailstock and a lubrication system. X-axis travel is 260 mm, Z-axis travel is 1000 mm. The machine weighs 2500 kg and measures 2500×1700×1750 mm, so the installation site must be solid.
