Equipment included in the line and its description

Single-roll unwind stand

  • Unwinding device, clamping chuck: 3 inches
  • Paper flattening system (prevents curling)
  • Hydraulic brake

2C+2C flexographic ruling unit

 

  • This unit is designed for printing the ruled background (lines)
  • The printing unit is made of sturdy cast iron 75 mm thick
  • 4 inking units are installed per 1 tower
  • Each ruling cylinder has 4 side inking units
  • 4 metal anilox rollers (distribute the ink evenly)
  • 2 special containers (trays) for ink of 2 different colors

Cross cutting (sheet cutting)

 

  • The cutting knife is made of special high-speed steel and has a long service life
  • The rotary cutting system is supplied as one set

Sheet placement, collation and counting

 

  • A special device stacks the sheets on top of each other
  • Counting is controlled automatically by a gear counter
  • The number of sheets is preset according to the customer's requirements

Cover feeding unit 

The automatic cover feeding system is fully monitored by sensors — it detects missed covers and reduces material waste. Maximum cover stack height: 800 mm

Stitching unit 

  • 8 German-made Hohner 43/6 stitching heads
  • 8 wire spool holders (each wire spool weighs 15 kg)
  • All stitching heads are driven by a transmission shaft

Folding section

  • 1 folding unit — designed to fold the stitched notebooks at the center

Trimming unit

  • A 60 mm thick panel is used, which makes the frame rigid
  • The frame is made of cast iron, which ensures stable knife operation
  • Trimming is performed in sequence:
    1. Front edge trimming
    2. Trimming of the 2 sides
    3. Then 3-side trimming (i.e. the 3rd, 4th and 5th cutting stages)

Finished product collection table 

  • Finished notebooks and products are delivered to a special collection table

Is it possible to track my orders online?
You can track orders online. Uzbekistan was one of the first to develop a mechanism for monitoring cargo, determining their location, and estimating the time of arrival using the GPS system. You can get this information only by entering the contract number.
How long will the shipments be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the manufacturer in most cases. Most large-scale production equipment takes 2-3 times longer to deliver than normal equipment.
