About the equipment
AF-MT6213 is a glue spreader that applies adhesive to both sides of panels and workpieces. Spreading width is up to 1300 mm at 23 m/min.
The workpiece passes between the rollers and receives a layer of glue on both sides. The rubber roller is 200 mm in diameter, and material up to 60 mm thick can be processed. Motor power is 2.2 kW. Two-sided application saves time when a panel is faced on both sides.
The machine measures 2100×1000×1300 mm and weighs 700 kg. It is used to apply glue to plywood, MDF and particleboard panels before veneering or other facing, and to prepare door and furniture panels for pressing. Compared with manual spreading, the glue goes on in an even layer over the whole surface and the work goes faster.
