The autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block production line is designed to cast a mix of sand, cement, lime and gas-forming aluminium paste into moulds, wire-cut the risen cake and cure it with high-pressure steam in autoclaves to produce lightweight aerated concrete blocks. It enables the production of a thermally efficient, dimensionally accurate wall material that is quick and easy to lay.
