About the equipment
The AF-G-500 is a single-chamber vacuum packer that draws the air out of the bag and seals it. The seal is 500 mm long and 10 mm wide.
The bag with the product is placed in the chamber, the vacuum pump removes the air, and then the bag mouth is sealed. The pump delivers 20 m³/h and reaches a final vacuum of 1 kPa. The chamber measures 525×525×75 mm, and the distance from the sealing bar to the chamber wall is 440 mm; these dimensions set the maximum bag size.
The machine is made of stainless steel and runs on 220 V, 50/60 Hz. Motor power is 1 kW and sealing power is 0.75 kW; overall dimensions are 72×72×97 cm. Vacuum packing protects meat, sausages, cheese, dried fruit and other foods from air, so the machine suits shops, cafés and small food workshops. It is made in China.
