INFINITI Challenger AFY-3200L / H4 is a 3.2-meter high-speed solvent printer for printing on banner, vinyl and mesh. Printing speed in 2 passes is up to 260 m² per hour.
The printer runs on 4 SPT Alpha 1024HG print heads and uses solvent and eco-solvent inks. In roll-to-roll mode, the speed is 172 m²/h in 3 passes and 131 m²/h in 4 passes. Each head has its own positive-pressure cleaning system and LED light.
Front, middle and rear heaters, an IR dryer and fan cooling dry the printed material quickly. Printing software: UnitedFancy, FlexiPRINT and Maintop. The printer connects to a 220 V mains supply: printer 1100 W, dryer 7200 W, platform heating 1800 W. Dimensions 5500×750×840 mm, weight 840 kg.
