About the equipment
AF-9FQ20-20 is a hammer mill for grinding pepper, spices, medicinal herbs and maize. It processes 180–240 kg per hour, with the grind size set by screens from 0.8 to 2.0 mm.
In the grinding chamber, rotating hammers break up the raw material by impact, and the product leaves through the screen once it reaches the required size. Screen holes are 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5 or 2.0 mm in diameter, so changing the screen gives a different grind size on the same machine. Power is 2.2 kW and spindle speed is 4,000–5,500 rpm.
The mill measures 720×650×1040 mm and weighs 32 kg without the motor, so it takes up little space even in a small workshop. Made in China, it suits small spice processing workshops, businesses working with medicinal plants, and farms that grind maize.
