About the equipment

The AFP-6090 flatbed UV printer prints on acrylic, glass, metal, ceramic and wood surfaces in a 600×900 mm format. The platform height is adjustable from 3 mm to 145 mm.

The printer works with 2 or 3 XP600 or XC90 print heads and, in addition to CMYK colors, prints with white (W) ink and varnish (V). It is suitable for crystal awards, phone cases, ceramic tiles, KT boards and souvenir products. Print speed: 9 m²/h in 6 passes, 7 m²/h in 8 passes, 4 m²/h in 12 passes.

The vacuum platform holds the material firmly during printing, and the ink station cleans the heads automatically. Control: Printbox software; printing software: Maintop or Photoprint. The printer consumes 230 W from a 220 V mains supply and operates at 10–38 °C. Dimensions 1660×1630×900 mm, weight 245 kg; casters make it easy to relocate.
