Data Deletion

This page explains how to have your personal data deleted from AFEX services (the afex.uz website and our Instagram and Telegram channels).

What data we store

Messages you send us (website chat, Instagram Direct, Telegram);
profile details: name, username, avatar;
the name and phone number submitted through our forms.

How to request deletion

Send us the message "Delete my data" through any of the following:

Instagram: a Direct message to our business account;
Telegram: a message to our bot or business account;
Via the website: by phone or the form on our contact page.

What happens next

Your request is processed within 30 days;
all your conversations and personal data are permanently removed from our systems;
you receive a confirmation in the same channel.

Note: copies of messages inside the Instagram or Telegram apps are controlled by those platforms — use the platform's own settings to remove them.
