## Overview

After wrapping, the product travels by conveyor through the tunnel, where the chamber temperature is adjustable from 0 to 250 °C; the film shrinks and fits closely around the item. Conveyor speed is 0–15 m/min, so the mode can be matched to the film thickness and product size. Load capacity is 25 kg.

The tunnel runs on 380 V with a power of 10 kW and measures 180×85×140 cm; it is made in China. It is usually installed after an L-bar sealer or a horizontal packaging machine to wrap boxes, books, cosmetics and other piece goods in neat film that protects them from dust and moisture. A chamber 450 mm wide and 220 mm high is enough for medium-sized items.
