This equipment coats chicken, beef, other meats and seafood with batter evenly and uniformly. The top of the product is coated through a special batter curtain, and the bottom by dipping into liquid batter. A blower system is installed to remove excess batter, preventing surplus batter from passing to the next stages. This machine is ideal for processing before breading or predusting. ### Breading or flour coating machine

The machine coats chicken, beef, other meats and seafood evenly and uniformly with breadcrumbs (dried bread pieces, i.e. crumb). As the product moves along the conveyor belt, breadcrumbs are poured over it from the hopper above. The lower belt carries a special layer of crumbs for the underside of the product. In addition, a press roller system firmly presses the crumbs onto the product surface, allowing the coating thickness to be adjusted. Key features
