### DOUBLE MIXER

SPIRAL CONVEYOR

The finished dough is delivered to a single-screw extruder by means of a spiral conveyor. A single-screw extruder produces pasta in a variety of shapes, depending on the type of die you choose. With the tool, you will be provided with 4 different shapes of molds of your choice. Additional molds are delivered by order. The extruder produces 100-120 kg of pasta per hour. The pasta strip coming out of the extruder is cut into separate parts of the required size using the cutting equipment. The hardware is made of S304 stainless steel. Cuts 100-350 kg of product per hour. Macaroni, cut to the required size in the cutting equipment, is delivered to the conveyor oven using a new design of 3-meter conveying equipment. Macarons are cooked using hot air in a special conveyor oven. The air temperature inside the Konyever oven is up to 200 degrees. Conveyor oven consists of 5 lines of conveyor belt. Pasta coming out of the conveyor oven is cooled using a conveyor cooling device. And finally, we have reached the final stage, at this stage the quality of finished pasta products is controlled and packed in the required weights.
