## Overview

### Working Principle

The raw material is first mixed in a mixer with water and the required additives. The prepared mass is transferred through a screw conveyor to the extrusion equipment. The extruder forms the product into the required shape. The product is then transported by an air conveyor to the drying system. After drying, seasoning or other additives are applied in the flavoring equipment, followed by cooling and final automatic packaging.

### Process Flow

Raw material preparation → Mixing → Screw conveying → Extrusion → Air conveying → Drying → Flavoring → Cooling → Elevating → Packaging The mixer is used for uniform mixing of raw materials with water and additives. This is the main technological equipment of the line. It processes the raw material under pressure and temperature and gives the product the required shape and structure. The distributor inside the dryer helps spread the product evenly throughout the oven and improves drying efficiency.
