## Overview

The line includes an MX-505 mixer (50 kg in 5 minutes) that evenly blends the raw material with liquid additives, a screw conveyor and the equipment for the following stages. Parts in contact with the product are stainless steel, and the line runs on 380 V.

The line needs 98 kW of electrical supply and 36 kW of gas; no water connection is required. It takes 100–200 m² of floor space and is operated by 2–4 workers, which makes it a practical way to start small or medium-scale snack production.
