When vegetables are washed with ordinary water, only 10-30% of them are cleaned. Ozonation equipment completely cleans fruits and vegetables (including tomatoes) of all harmful substances and microbes and helps to preserve the product for a longer period of time. This equipment can also be used to store fruits and vegetables.

This conveyor is used to transfer the cleaned tomatoes to the next equipment.

### II. KETCHUP PREPARATION STAGE

### HOMOGENIZER (500L)

In this equipment, semi-finished crushed tomatoes go through the process of homogenization with the help of electric heating, that is, they are mixed until they reach a uniform mass. In a word, it can be called a "huge mixer". The product is uniformly dispersed and mixed by high-speed centrifugal grinding. Double-sided, internal and external rotation results in a smooth, uniform-looking ketchup without any small bubbles.

This airtight tank is made of stainless steel and is used to store the finished product. Due to its completely hermetic feature, it ensures that no external substances get into the stored product and the liquid is kept clean. The cistern is made on the basis of a special scientific design, which holds the sediments under the liquid and does not lift them up. This will further increase the quality of your product.
